About NMAN Foundation’s Formation to Funding ® Academy:

“…we are assembling some of the country’s leading authorities  in each city and nationally to provide a diverse group of entrepreneurs a chance to work on your business, find available sources of capital, and network. Each workshop offers an intimate setting unlike conferences and larger events where you are one of hundreds vying for a moment of time with an industry icon before being ushered to the next panel. Each program is focused on only one topic and is a half-day program offering time for hands-on learning, networking and connecting with investors, strategic partners, and each other…”  Formation to Funding is the successful program model that changed the way you think about funding…” says Timothy Reese Founder, NMAN

Here’s what past participants had to say:

“…(Formation to Funding) was just what I hoped it to be:  informative in an accessible environment. I look forward to the next session” – Mark Unthank, CEO, CoolNerd Media, Inc.

“…I found it very informative and I very much enjoyed networking with the attendees and panelists. I would certainly attend a future event and recommend to entrepreneurs…” – Dawn Dickson, President & CEO, Flat Out of Heels, LLC

“I actually learned quite a bit at the forum. I am still in the concept phase of my venture…The networking was also great for me. I was able to make some terrific academic connections…” - says budding entrepreneur  Rachel Marie Brooks Atkins

“‘The session room was reminiscent of  several prominent Business School classrooms. The structure of the program was excellent.” – says Dr. Guy McCombs III, CEO Third Power Marketing and Development

We are in a backwards paradigm shift…This highlights the need for organizations like the National Minority Angel Network…”  – Rich Levychin Managing Partner, KBL

“The NMAN workshop is an exemplary resource for both entrepreneurs and investors.  The curriculum is comprehensive and far reaching but still manages to cover new details and offer in depth ways to look financing.  I found the programming both insightful and thought provoking.”   - Nicole Stoll, Director of Corporate Communications Daymond John’s Shark Branding

“Perfect pairing of information and interaction. Its not often you attend a workshop that inspires you to think outside of the box! ” – Keesha Anderson, Chief Operations Officer, Best(eez)
